No two events are the same and pricing will vary depending on location, size, and event needs. Events with Em encourages a personalized phone introduction to help build an accurate proposal specifically tailored to your event and budget.
What is included with my booking?
Events with Em offers complete customization for all types of events and spaces. With your booking, you will get our amazing and talented bar staff, all necessary bar equipment and tools for service, coolers, water dispenser and cups, personalized menu, and ice. If you are interested in some delicious cocktail mixers and garnishes we can create those at an additional cost. Interested in decor, floral arrangements or glassware? We are happy to assist with the ordering through our favorite local vendors!
Do you provide alcohol?
No we do not include alcohol. Due to licensing restrictions by the State of Colorado, Events with Em does not provide or sell alcohol and we cannot accept any payment for alcohol, payment must be paid separately by Client. This means you, your venue or your caterer provides the alcohol and we take care of the rest! We are here for you every step of the way from bar planning, to providing a suggested shopping list guide and can even coordinate the purchase with our local vendor friends!
How far will you travel?
Mileage is included for events within 30 miles of zip code 80002. Anything outside of that radius will incur a fee of $2 per mile. Events with Em will travel up to 80 miles outside Denver Metro area.
Do you have an hourly minimum?
Minimum service time is 2 hours in addition to 1-1.5 hours of set up and 1 hour of tear down.
